    I found that vodka has the least amount of carbs. I drink grey goose or kettle one with vitamin zero lemon water. Very refreshing.

    Thank you so much Rainbow and Jess! It's so hard to switch gears and think that actual fat in my diet along with carbs are ok! It's like my brain has to be re-trained all over again.

    We had commencements for my stepson last weekend out of State and that trip cost about $3500 so no go. Flights to Vegas were running $600 ea so I had to pick my battle. :(
