Hi! had my sleeve done last year at 63,had no problems with the surgery. Ditto on all the diets,best thing you can do for yourself:)
Don't know what your age is but.thinknig your ok but just obese will catch up with you.I'm 64 and looking at hip replacments.Thought i was healthy too,had the sleeve last sept have only lost 60lbs...
If you like cottage cheese Friendship brand has 16 grams of protein in 1/2 cup and 4 grms of carb.Pro protien bars are very good (smores my favorite)

Anytime you lose weight it can happen,I lost 30 lbs years ago and yup had the gallbladder removed. Happens all the time some drs. will take it out during sleeve surgery. Good luck eat nothing sip...

sugar free popsicles are a life saver because they count as liquid!! Had surgery same day not to worried about protein just liquid . as far as pain my is not bad unless I try to wear regular pants so...
I was going to ask my surgeon on my one week follow up ;on this thurs.Your not alone im curious:)
I would write a letter to your insurance company. Put the doctor and staff on report. Glad everything has worked out with new dr.
