Wow...it's been a long time since I've been on this site. My life has been a whirlwind of wonderful and exciting and weird stuff that I won't bore you with.
However, I have lost a total of 80lbs...

I have spoken with my surgeon. The no appetite he says is normal, just get in at least 60g of protein which I do most days via shakes and bars. I have had some reflux and he gave me an RX for that....

He removed mine at the same time as WLS. Also repaired hiatal hernia and took a liver biopsy. I never had gall bladder issues, but surgeon said after surgery I might develop problems. Glad he did...

OMGosh...that's so wild. I used to LOVE coke zero. I tried one at work and it was absolutely GROSS. All I drink now is water and the occasional unsweetened iced tea.
