No one ever said no caffeine to me and I have coffee everyday with no problem. I use less sugar but that's it. At first I started with half a tsp of sugar now I have 1 tsp of sugar with my coffee...

I don't know anything about them but I drink Pure Protein 32 or 35g of protein and my nut says sometimes that is just too much protein for our bodies to handle/process in one shot. :confused:
