My advice to you is pre plan everything you are going to eat for your day. High protein snacks, take along lunches. Protein drinks in thermos, prbotein bars,(if you can find low carb, tasty? Ones)....

Try Greek yogurt. It counts as a liquid and the plain has 18 gm of protein in3/4 cup. I add seasonings and it tastes ok to me. Of course I still can't eat 3/4 cup but it helps. Good luck
