According to my paperwork I am supposed to start the preop diet 7 days before surgery and go on a clear diet 3 days before surery. Is that a total of 10 days?

I might cut them in half too. They really help with my PMS witchiness which is primarily why I am still on them. PMS next week so I'll start the cutting in half after that :)

Can you swallow pills that soon after surgery? I was wondering because I take Celexa (for mild anxiety) and I don't think anyone wants me off those for long :)

Would you say that it is a good idea to pack some bullion cubes or a packet of protein powder that can be mixed with apple juice for the return trip home?
