I liked the EAS brand pre made shakes. They were easy to find and tasted better than all the others i tried.
The trick for me was to make sure i drank them COLD.

that sounds horrible.
i would say that my journey has been absolutely wonderful! i've NEVER had a feeling of regret and i notice more...
oh, and where does one purchase these 'binders'?

good luck! :)
almonds? popcorn? i've been dying to add these back into my diet but i figured i should still be waiting a while.
is anyone having trouble digesting them?
i, too, use straws often. no problems.
i take a time release medication (effexor) and i haven't noticed it NOT working. (and trust me, i would notice.)
i haven't had a period since October, i think. i am attributing it to the surgery and stress.
my guess is you're not drinking enough water.
i certainly think you can do it... because it's what i'm planning on doing! good luck to you!
so far i've lost just over 70 pounds since i started the pre-op diet and i'm only 5 weeks out from...
i'm almost 5 weeks out from my surgery... and i'm craving salad.
none of the instructions i've seen mention any guidelines on having a salad.
