I live in Albany but will be having my surgery in Eugene with Dr. MacColl. Don't have a date yet.

I live in Beaverton, going to Legacy Good Sam. Still choosing my doctor as there are 3 to choose from! Would love to know about anyone who had Dr. Patterson, Dr. Halprin or Dr. Reavis (he's been on " The Doctors" TV Show).

I just had my surgery on Thursday. In Coos Bay at Bay Bariatrics. Dr. Tersigni was awesome, and the nursing staff in the new wing of the hospitsl were top notch! I was released yesterday, and am not camping in Winchester Bay, as the Dr doesn't want you more that 30 minutes away from him for 3-7 days,depending on the surgery. I live in the valley, and didn't want to pay holiday prices at the hotels, so, we hauled out the travel trailer, and are enjoying cooler weather and fresh air! Heading out now to go for a walk. Skinnycat, we have the same Dr. To be honest I wasn't sure I was going to like him, but he has proven to me to be very in-depth Dr. He makes sure everything is right with you before surgery. He's on the bariatric surgeon board and reviews other hospitals and doctors. He has it together.
