I have seen dramatic improvements in both back and knee pain since my surgery. I was told that the more I lose the better those issues with be, and I have to say that after seven weeks now, I do believe it's true!

Besides the pressure of the weight being easier, my arthritis has always gotten better when I do low carb. Even before surgery.

well i have fibromyalgia as well as RA and arthritis I hurt more now then I did before..dont know if it from alot of exercising but i do have good days

~ doesn't think she'll ever reach her original weight, no matter HOW hard she tries. Hell, let's face it, 8lb 10oz is not very realistic is it?
