Its only been 3.5 months since my surgery, I've lost 55 lbs but havent lossed anything for about 2 weeks! I'm active and I eat less than 700 calories a day! I have introduced carbs back in but not excessive. I'm concerned.:(

You are most likely on a weight loss plateau. Most of the time they can last from 2 to 4 weeks. Don't get discouraged! Just keep doing what you are doing and maybe even increase your calories a little and change up your exercise and you should break through. Its a very normal part of any weight loss journey. You are doing great- 55lbs lost! Fantastic!
I am almost 7 months out and have been experiencing I stay the same weight 2 or 3 weeks then I lose a couple of lbs. Sometimes while I am in this period I go up a lb. And I am exercising...low carb/ high protein.
I track everything I eat from Loseit! of MFP. I could definitely increase my protein and I exercise 3 times a week!
I know this is going to sound crazy, but try increasing your calories. My NUT told me that since I'm working out (an hour a day, five times a week) she wants me to increase to 1200 calories a day! I was completely skeptical at first, but I tried it and I finally broke my stall! She said that I was stalling because my body was in starvation mode.
Yes.. In agreement with those that say eat more calories ;) I've been eating between 1100 and 1400 calories a day and am still losing - when I was at about 3 months out I was eating around 900-1100 cal per day - and I've not been working out that much- something I'm working on getting better with- that being said- I have 3 little ones- they keep me quite active
Best wishes to you - hang in there- u will see a drop soon!
Essentially I haven't lost weight in almost a year. I work out on an elliptical 2-3 times a week and walk on the other days for a total of at least five days a week. I eat small portions still about 4-6 times a day and periodically track calories to see where I might be going over and it usually is below 2000. I lost 70 pounds and gained 3 almost immediately after I began using the elliptical so I guess that was muscle.
What do you think is the issue? My body fat hovers just below 20%. It isn't like I want to lose more weight but I think with my activity level and calorie intake I should be able to lose weight.
