please help
I have been losing the same pound or two for the last week. Its driving me crazy!!! I have been working my butt off running 4 miles a day and riding my bike, i'm not eating any more than normal and I just feel like im losing this battle. I cant figure out what i'm doing wrong or what t\else I can do. It seems like the harder I work the less I lose. Help me please

your body has to have time to build up to lose again. it happens to us all just be patient. As long as your doing what your supposed to do then it will start falling off again.

Your in a stall. Switch up your exercise to something different and eat more protein. Also remember your building muscle. Measure inches. More accurate! Your doing awesome !!!!!!

buddy and ky are right, body is adjusting, you will lose, keep up the awesome work and try not to jump on the scale(yeh, i know, easier said than done!!!!) but you will see weight loss and body changes! :)

If I may make a suggestion. I recently began exercising but concentrate mostly on lifting weights. I feel like my body is thanking me with a slow and steady weight loss! There's plenty of research about building muscle and how it affects your metabolism (feel free to google!). On the days that I'm lifting, I add more calories into my daily allowance. I'm happy with the weight loss which has been 1/2 to 1 lb. per week.
