Feeling....
I don't know why I regret doing my surgery. I'm 3 weeks post op and everything went fine but sometimes I just wish I didn't get it done. I'm sure I won't be thinking like this in a few months, I have to get use to my new pouch. I work outside and I need to drink a lot and sometimes I drink to fast and then I remember I can't do that. Anyone felt like this or is it just me?

Re: Feeling....
I think that most us have had those moments when we wish for just one split second we could be mindless again, and do things as we always did them. Give yourself some time and remember that this is a permanent lifestyle change and your mind will adjust accordingly.
If you're outside working most of the time, make sure to keep sipping even when you're not feeling thirsty so you won't get that urge to gulp the water down like you're used to doing.
I wish you the best, and be kind with yourself. :)

I hope it gets easier for you. Sorry you are having regrets. Try to hang in there.

Re: Feeling....
Buyer's remorse is not uncommon in the beginning. Hang in there! It will pass when you start to see the pounds leave and you begin to feel better!

Re: Feeling....
I am about a week shy of 9 months out. I had a major complication after surgery and all I could say was "what did I do? Did I just make the biggest mistake of my life"? Well since then, I am 3 pounds from my goal, wearing those little summer dresses and my husband had surgery a month and a half ago. I no longer think I made the "biggest mistake" of my life. Those feelings will pass, and every thing will become normal. You're "new normal". Lots of luck!
