I use Renew Life Organic Triple Fiber only 40 cals, 5g carbs and 3g protein.

Mix with a diluted juice to curb those sugars ;)!
Ps... I don't use it everyday, only when I'm feeling like I'm not getting enough roughage.
Yea I don't know then, all I can offer is that if you are taking fiber it may or may not count toward your carbs - for instance, the triple fiber I take is 5g carbs and 4g fiber, so you only net 1g carb.
I don't know the science behind it, but it might be worth some research on your part so you can have some piece of mind.

Why are your carbs so low? I was told to keep my carbs at 90G per day. Some days I hit it and some I do not. I think you're restricting too much.
I'm super carb sensitive. Also, I'm still in the losing phase. Once I get to maintenance, I'll add them back slowly. Plus, I still have no control over "carby" stuff. I've never been much of a fruit eater anyway, so not eating fruit was not an issue at all. I do love veggies, though, and will add them back gradually. But I can't be trusted around a piece of bread or pasta!
Once I get a taste, even just a tiny bit (like I had 2 small forks of white rice the other day), I CRAVE carbs for days and just want more more more! It's too much emotional and mental work to fight the cravings, so better for me to just stay away for now....
I know on what I use which is beneifiber its 4 carbs and 3 of which is fiber so you don't count those when counting carbs. Really I don't count those few or the few from my chewable vitamins when I track my macros anyway.
I agree and they do add up quick. For me tracking the food I eat I pretty much stay under 15 carbs a day anyway. So even with the supplements I stay pretty low.
