typical breakfast I eat..with pic

Attachment 5568I get some private messages of what is a typical meal for me. well I opened a photo album of foods that I eat to show people how little we eat and what we eat. I started with a breakfast that I have around 830-930 depending when work slows down enough and it keeps me going no hunger pains at all. remember we are after high protein this meal is 30 grams of protein about 340 cals but at my job the cals burn quick.
