Weighed myself two days before surgery (before I started the pre-op liquid diet) and I weighed 142kg. Now 12 days later, I've lost a whopping 12kg already, well on the way to reaching many milestones and getting rid of this fat.

My jeans definitely feel looser and my face has gone a little thinner, also many people have commented that I've lost weight.
