I am going it alone...I am doing the liquid diet now, I cheated today, stressed and completing the last two weeks of school. My last day before break is 12/15

Hi Courtney, I am having surgery next month with Almanza. A good protein shake has frozen berries, or fresh berries and ice, greek yogurt, protein powder. You can also add stuff like Wheat Germ or Peanut Butter, Bananas, cinnamon, vanilla extract.
