Hello there! 5.5 months in and wondering at what point did you add raw vegetables into your diet? I am craving salad and raw carrots, tomatoes etc. I believe I was told not for a year - is that because they are too hard to digest? Anyone have any guidance for me? Losing the weight well at this point - eating mostly protein - down 80 pounds and loving the feeling - the freedom of movement without the extra weight. I feel lighter in many different ways.
