yea the weight is coming off good i just cant wait to gain the strength so i can start to excersise a bit and i cant wait to feel normal because now i dont at all and still sick and not doing nothing but sipping on juice and smoothies not much food at all or soups i ate 3 spoons of grit's yesterday it went well i go to the dr tues to get the packing out im taking more antibotics..i miss you and i hope your doing well tell your sis & niece HELLO

How was it in the city was it scary ?

Hey! I'm doing well. By Thursday of last week I was ready to get out of the house so I was out and about all day Fri, Sat, and Sun...now I've paid for it. I stayed in my PJ's all day Monday and did very little today. I'm feeling tired but I've still not been able to eat more than liquids so I'm probably just depleated. I am taking supplements but still having trouble with the protein shakes so eating mostly soup/broth and yogart. I am going to see my doctor tomorrow for stitch removal, my incisions look good I think but I'll let you know what she says tomorrow. How are your incisions? I have this weird feeling in my throat...well sorta from my throat to the top of my stomach. It's hard to explain but it feels hollow and I am conscious of it most of the time, it's kinda sore and when I swallow sometimes it feels like a sharpe pain....sorta like heartburn but not really??? Idk, but I've had no pain or problems with my stomach, just my esophagus/throat/chest area??? So tell me how you are doing so far!!
