I am approximately one month out and haven't had any complications! (Thank you Jesus) I can eat whatever I want (approved by my surgeon of course). Small bites, chewed very, very well but can only handle 3 sips of water at a time, rest about 3 minutes and then back to 3 sips again. I am finding it very hard to drink 32oz of water, let alone the recommended daily water intake.
