3 Weeks Post- Op

Just thought I would check in and let everyone know how things are going for me. I had surgery on May 2nd, I was at 295lbs today i'm at 276. I lost fast at first but it has slowed down. I feel great for the most part, I have had a hard time getting in my protein and water but it seems like its getting easier as the days go by. Last night was my first night that I ate to fast and ended up with a pain in my chest, its the most offal feeling. I had to make myself throw up to get relief. After that
