Yes before I went to Mexico I spoke with my pcp. And he was willing to treat me coming back home. I'm actually in a surge on office as I type. My Dr wants to make sure I'm healthy and healing correctly.

Hey there! I'm doing much better now. I ended up in the hospital from 10/31-11/19. It went from a bleeding spleen, to pneumonia, then to a chest infection. I ended up having to have surgery in my lung/chest. I now can breathe and am getting my energy and strength back. I'm now in the process of collecting all of my medical records. How are you doing and feeling? I've lost quite a bit of hair through this ordeal.

Being 6 months post op, do you find it easier to eat or actually get all the fluids daily? I am just wondering, because at this slow rate, I don't for see being able to ever drink 64 oz in a single day.

Hello rzrgirl. I was wondering, you went to Mexico to have your surgery. Well I live in Kearney, MO. My question is when you got home did you go see a baractric doctor when you got home. I am worried that my stomach it's not right. I want to see a x-ray to make sure everything looks good. Does that make sense. Thank you. I hope you can help ease my nerves.

I am home now but last two days I have had sharp pains in the chest area. Is that heartburn? What did you drink most of first week? How do I know if I'm getting enough fluids.

Hello! I've been on vacation. I hope all went very well for you yesterday. I did have a drain and it stayed in 3 days. My incisions have healed nicely, scars are still there. I'll probably start some kind of scar treatment cream or vitamin E. Please let me know how you did!!! The first couple of days can be rough, it really gets better every day.

I am not coming in til Fri morning. Why so many trips with Dr. Almanza? Have you had several things done or complications?

I'm having surgery with Dr. Almanza on Friday, July 25. I will be flying to San Diego on Thursday the 24 and will be at the 3pm airport pick up. When are you arriving? This will be my 4th trip to Tijuana in affiliation with Dr. Almanza. I pretty much know all there is to know so you have any questions, just ask.
