So at lunch today I went to costco and stocked up on vitamin water, soup purée, protein shakes. Day 8 post op. Who knows the most reliable trustworthy site that breaks the phases down? Please share
As A Family

so excited.. one week after my surgery. One month ago it was my daughter and her husband who are looking AMAZING and last week was my son and I. We are making these changes as a family. And going through this together. Down 24 LBS since i started my liquid diet - 14 of those since the surgery.
Already back to work.... thinking maybe i should have rested a few more days
