Hello! Sorry it's been taking me awhile to respond, it's a busy time of year! I'm doing good with soft foods, I also tend to eat a bit too fast when on the go so I'm really trying to work on that. So far I am down 25 pounds that was on Tuesday, I've been weighing myself about twice a week and I'm very pleased with the results. I hope everyone is still doing great and have a blessed holiday!! I will add the group you made Jackie when I get to a computer, I am replying from my phone currently and it won't let me pull it up. Thank you for creating a group, that will be nice to stay in touch with everyone. Happy Holidays to all!!

How are the soft foods going? I am tolerating them very well!! Went back to work yesterday, by 8pm I had hit a brick wall and went to bed, therefore I woke up early. I am working on eating slowly, Sat am I ate a boiled egg too fast, it was uncomfortable after I did that, but it got all right. I find myself trying to eat too fast when I am on the go, like in the car heading somewhere. Gotta watch that, but oh how that egg was so good!!! I am down 21 pounds, I just can hardly believe that, but I will surely take it. Let us hear from you, I made us a group, Nov 19 sleeves Dr. Almanza, you can find it in the groups section. If we post there we can all keep up with everyone at once. Keep in touch!

Hey! I'm doing good the trip home was pretty good. Been trying soft foods and I cant seem to keep much of that down. How have you been doing!?

Hello to both of you I'm doing great I'm doing so soft foods and tolerating them very well. I am so surprised at how little I am eating now and not feeling hungry. I'm not having any more pains!! How are you both doing?! Going back to work was great for me, just have to be careful with the lifting still but it's great to be out of the house and back into my routine!

Wonderful for you!! I did not go back to work, we planned on Tuesday instead to give me a few extra days of rest, however I feel like I could have went back today. It is probably best to wait a couple extra days though. That's great you go back Wednesday, let me know how your first day back goes. I'm very glad to hear Glory and her family are back safe and sound, I was thinking a out them during their travels. Have a great day, Jackie.

I am doing good, great; but and don't ask me why, I realized that I had stopped my celebrex and all other meds. That is where all the stiffness came in, so I am back on them. I am feeling a lot less pain, which was arthritis pain. The inflammed feeling in my stomach is gone, was gone yesterday.

Have been to the grocery twice, in 2 days, washing clothes, and I think doing very well.

Glory and Jereme got home last night at 12:30pm. They are back to their normal routine. Glad for that as well.

Did you go back to work today, Sunday?

I plan on going back on Wednesday, think that will be best for me.

Being home feels amazing. Honestly I feel like nothing ever happened, I'm not having pain anymore and feel great. If I didn't have the X-ray and stitches I would have to wonder if they even operated because I'm feeling that well. How are you doing? I know you were doing great even right after surgery so I hope you still are. Please keep me updated as well.

Travels were great, Glory is on her way to Tennessee right now with her hubby, baby girl and their dogs. THey just wanted to be home, I sure don't blame them!

She is a blessing to my life, I was so glad she was with me and us on this venture.

Im sure you are like me and are so glad this is behind us. Keep me posted.

I just got home about 2 hours ago, got a nice shower and going to head to bed shortly. How did your travels go? Also tell Glory that everything she did and her positive spirit was a godsend, as well as yours too! I'm very blessed to have met the both of you.
