    Today was weigh in day for me, still at 180 but not sad, I have been able to pull out all my size 18 and most of my Xlarge clothes out of my closet so I am excited! I can fit into size 14 jeans and large shirts, I feel great, exercise every night. Very proud of going through with surgery, well worth everything and its only been 5 weeks.....hooray

    So today is post- op day #11 and had my sutures removed and have lost a total of 19.4 pounds...very excited makes all the crappy side effects worth it a little.

    Hey there, doing good cant complain anymore lol. Can't wait till I can actually eat normal food if only in tiny bites. When I went to the dr on Tuesday I am down 15.8lbs so I am super geeked about that. How are you feeling?

Best decision I ever made was to have the Gastric Sleeve surgery. It has been 6 months since my surgery, I weighed 210 on the day of surgery and currently weigh 157. I was a size 20 pants with 1x shirt size and currently I am able to fit into a size 10 jeans and medium shirts. It is truly amazing how much better I feel in general, my health is better, I was Hyperglycemic before surgery no problems at all since. I actually love clothes shopping and bought my first pair of skinny jeans this week!

Anyone else having problems with nausea/vomiting first thing in the morning?

Hello,

I am exactly 2 weeks post-op today and most of the post-op side effects have passed but one still remains: I am extremely nauseaed and even vomiting every morning when I first get up, I can not seem to get this to stop. My stomach is very sour and nothing I try to drink or eat will make it better. I find myself forcing to drink/eat something just so I have something in my stomach so the vomiting does not hurt so badly. Wondering if this is just something normal that happens
