The last 3 days I have been getting alot of extra saliva like Im about to throw up every time I take a bite or a sip. Yesterday I passed out. So today I called ronda stemmons ( the aftercare specialist). She told me to take an extra omeprazole, and to sip hot or warm liquids before eating or drinking. I have tried it and it is helping. she said we needed to get the acid in my stomach under control. Before that happening I was feeling great, except from the yeast infection I got from being on the antibiotics....lol, sorry TMI. Well write me when you get home at my email, if you don't mind.

Hey....just checking on you. .I'm 5 days post op...flying out this morning. How is everything going? How's your intake? Any complications? The first 4 days I was in agonizing pain. Today I feel much better....getting the about 1 liter of fluids in since yesterday. Had some jello which was good. Will start the vitamins and protein shakes tomorrow. I absolutely loved the hotel...can not say the same about the hospital. Nonethlesee all I care is that it preformed correctly...that there are no leaks...complicatioms...or infection....ttyl
