Micheal Thanks for the welcome. As I read your story this morning my heart began to ache as you shared all the sadness and difficulties you have recently faced.
My husband has many health issues and I want to be there for him. So I use this as one of my motivation. As bad things come up, health, bills , loss, I think of times in the past where with focus on a goal, planned effort and sometimes sacrifice we got past it and many times ended up in a better place.

Stay positive, if you need someone to talk to, we are here for each other. Our professional friends , Nutritionist , Phy Therapist and others are there to help.
