Since surgery

I haven't been on here in a while. I had my sleeve on 8/27/2014. I have lost 58 pounds so far. I am so happy. If anyone tries to tell you the sleeve is the easy way out they are WRONG. This has been very difficult but the best thing I have ever done at the same time. I have recently gotton engaged to the love of my life. Wedding date is 10/24/2015.
Surgery Tomorrow

I am so excited I have my sleeve tomorrow morning @ 7:30am. I am a little nervous I have never had a major surgery but on the same note so excited for my new life style.
Pre-op 1 week down

I am so excited I lost 10 pounds on my first week on the pre-op diet. I am drinking Special K Protein drinks and yogurt for breakfast then a premier protein drink for lunch and grilled chicken salad for supper. I didn't think I was going to make it through the weekend very emotional for me cause I wanted to eat. But I DID IT and lost 10 pounds. One more week to go!
Starting pre-op diet today

13 days till my surgery I am so excitied. Starting my pre-op diet today.
Any helpful hints or encouraging words would be appreciated.
