Ingredients: 3 deli sliced turkey, Oscar Meyer is what I used, low fat provolone cheese, diced tomatoes about 7 small cubes, dash of garlic powder, complete season less than 1 teasp of ranch .. Wrap it up! Its the closest thing to that sloppy whopper we will never have! It is very important to get a food scale.. I already had a weight watchers one before my surgery..I also have a pocket one to carry with me at all times so I stay armed & healthy! Hope you enjoy it like I did!
