How time flies when you are finally living life rather than simply existing! This time last year I had just entered the sleeved side and never could I imagine how amazing the year would be!
Don't get me wrong, I have had plenty of struggles...from being hospitalized due to dehydration, inability to eat or keep anything in for the first 3 months, gallbladder surgery due to rapid weight loss and the dreadful remaining skin....I would do it all again in a heartbeat!

It has given me a resolved determination to stick to proper eating and get these last 12

Hello all sleeve or soon to be sleeved friends!
I am just over 2 months out and have lost 50 pounds. This message is just a friendly reminder of the importance of staying hydrated. I was visiting a girlfriend in our local hospital yesterday, and while taking the elevator down, fainted and was found unconscious on the floor. I was taken to the ER where they did an ECG, lots of bloodwork, and an ultrasound to determine if I had a blood clot, which thankfully I did not. What it came
