Starting weight of 272, today less than 5 months ago I hit Onederland today, 199.4, I felt like I was never going to get there as I stayed at 202 for days, exercising twice a day watching my protein and finally I broke thru!!! 44 pounds until my goal weight,54 to the dr shoal weight for me. But I'm 5-10 and I think 145 is too low for me, I want to be at 155. I want to thank my gastric sleeve family on this blog because because during those rough times you were always there for me, thanks again!

I am 3 months post op and have lost almost 60#'s, from 272 to 213. Size tight 24 to a 14-16top, 18-20 bottom. From a DDD cup to size C (which I will soon have them fixed.lol) My issue is that I feel less self confident now that I did when I was much larger. I used to not care that I was big and beautiful, now my issue is I'm only seeing the negative of my body instead of the positive. I but on these cute black dresses that I feel amazing in and then look at by belly sticking out on the side

I am 5 weeks post op and started on real food after a month of liquids. I lost 33 pounds my first month but now I am not noticing that the weight loss Is continuing, it has stopped. Is this normal to stop losing when you switch to food? And does anyone know of good websites for recipes......and I want everyone to know that this blog is so helpful especially for my mental state, thanks everyonr
