    7 days out and I am good. My incisions hurt a little but no leaking or bleeding. I have been able to keep everything down and I am surprised I can drink a 12 oz glass of water or tea in 15 minutes. How about you? What have you noticed

    Hi Kathy , On Friday I start my preop diet . I was wondering do you fell healther and do yoou have more energy ? Since I have gotton older those are to things I miss . I have four young grandchildren and would to be out do them instead of the other way lol . If you have any tips you would like to pass on I would live it , thanks Cindy

Today I had my first visit since surgery down 15 lbs and get to start the mushy foods, yeah !!!! My energy level has been high in the morning and carries thru until evening .
