I am so happy to have had the sleeve done. It has changed my life! I feel beautiful! My sister did it a year after I did, also with Dr. Almanza, and is doing wonderful. She is down to a size 6, 135 lbs. I am down to a size 8/10, from a size 22. I wish everyone the best! Good luck to you all, and my biggest advice would be to make sure to eat protein. I can eat carbs all day long, so try to stay away from them as much as possible. Eat meat!!!!!

Hello everyone. I had my surgery done with Dr Almanza on the 17th of May. Had a great experience with him and his wonderful staff. I would totally do it again!! I Have lost 18 pounds so far. Healing well, no problems. I just ate a soft scrambled egg. Might be pushing myself too soon, but it was great!! I can only eat a few bites, and then feel full. Not really craving too much, no hunger pains. Weird to feel that way!! I am so loving my sleeve, and recommend Dr Almanza!!
