I made it....finally! I have been stuck at 202 for a month, but finally the scale moved this morning!!! I am so excited!! This was my biggest goal to achieve, other than losing 100 pounds, which I accomplished last month. The weight loss has been slow the past few months, but I know if I worked out harder and drank more water, it would come off faster!

I think I will reward myself with a pedi and a new purse!

Time to get it in gear and lose this last 40 pounds!

I have been hesitant in posting pictures of myself because I haven't been seeing the difference in how I look since weight loss. With that being said, after looking at all my before pictures, I see some difference after all. LOL!

Does anyone recommend a Zumba DVD out there? It looks like so much fun and I really want to try it, but I don't feel confident enough to join a class just yet. I want to practice at home first. LOL!! I look forward to hearing any and all suggestions.

Hey everyone - sorry in advance about the subject matter!

I am 12 weeks out and dealing with pretty bad you know....constipation...
So, last night, I had had enough and decided to take Dulcolax. Well, now I have pain, cramps and.....diarrhea!!! Is there a happy medium with this? Is there some "soothing" way to combat this issue? I tried eating a tablespoon of raisins daily, but it didn't seem to help. Any advice is much appreciated!!!
