    I started my weight at 300. In a year with diets, gym, and healthy eating I lost 75 lbs. the day of surgery I was 225. It has been 9 days after surgery and I have lost 25 lbs. I am so happy. What kind of food did you eat by week 2 and 3. I'm trying to get ideas so I don't get tired of same food.
