    I hope you get this message! It's Shannon! I've lost 27 pounds and am hanging at 160. I can hardly believe it. I feel pretty darned good although I do struggle with energy at times. I'm not diligent about taking my B shots because I'm a huge pansy.

    I so hope you are doing well. I hope we can stay in touch.

    Hi,I'm having the sleeve surgery tomorrow (by Dr.Almanza),and am ready to go!My only fear is how I'll feel on my flight back to South Florida on Monday,and will I be able to work ( non-physical labor) on Tuesday?Thanks.
