I am nearly 10 months out now. I don't think I'm doing very well. I lost quite a bit of weight in the first 6 months and then not a whole lot since.
I think I need to look into counseling. I've been completely off the wagon- stopped exercising and started eating junk again. I'm not coping with stress well. I think the best advice I could give to someone considering surgery is to get into counseling and stay in counseling. Your reasons for becoming obese don't magically go

Exercise, diet, & fluid intake are all back on track! Yay! I just had to get my head straight for it to all fall into place again. Now I just run every morning without fail, just like getting up and brushing my teeth.
My right knee is starting to feel a little messed up, so I cut my run a little short this morning. I wanted to jog a full hour but cut it at 45 min. I'm praying this heals quickly because I don't want anything to interupt my exercise routine. It's my own fault,

I'm crabby, moody, cramping (but it's the middle of my cycle) and feel like I could rip someone's head off. I had to stop myself from posting a nasty response to someone who commented on my last blog. I'm so sorry, I know we all have our own struggles, but don't preach to me if you got sleeved with 50lbs to lose. Let's be serious- the restriction in the first six months alone is enough to make you drop that and then some with little effort.
I work 50 hours a week with a 2 hour

You guys, I am so bummed. I'm almost 7 months out and I haven't lost anything in a couple months. I stopped eating right, stopped drinking enough, and stopped exercising. I feel horrible, but I can't seem to stop myself from eating and it seems like I can eat anything I want. I have to stop this behavior, but mentally I am not there.
My BIL was banded about 4 years ago and he has never been able to eat as much as I can now. He tells me it was normal to stall for a couple months

and I'm disappointed with myself. I can blame it on my grueling work schedule (50+ hours mandatory per week on top of a 2 hour daily commute), however there really is no excuse. My work schedule is a challenge, but I'm the only obstacle to my own health.
I've been eating lots of unhealthy carbs lately. I haven't lost anything in nearly a month. Actually, I seem to go up and down 2-3lbs. I need to start tracking my protein and drinking my water again. Most importantly, I need
