Hi, I went to the nutrionist and I lost 4 1/2 lbs in a month, but just like you I haven't done anything different. I actually think I might have at worse than usuall in the last two weeks. I am not sure what to do. The nutrionist told me to eat 1100 calories, which seems high in comparison to what some on here are getting.

Thanks so much for the reply, nice to know I'm not the only one feeling this way (had this awful feeling that I was failing at this sleeve thing). I know we all lose weight differently, I have gone from a 22-24 to a 16-18 so thats good, just need to step it up a notch and get it going again. I'm not a "protein shake" fan so I don't do them regularly, do you? How are you and hair loss? I am having some loss, but I have a mane so its okay...LoL Keeping a journal really helped me before to keep track of what I ate in the beginning, I may get back on track with that again, for water intake and making sure I do eat. Take care, lets keep in touch, we CAN do this

I know exactly how you feel, it is so frustrating. This past week my appetite changed and I was really really hungry and felt like I couldn't stop eating but in truth that kind of scared me because I dont' want to stretch my stomach back out. I go back to the nutrionist on friday so I will see if maybe me and her can sit down and make food plan. I hope you start losing soon too. KIT

I had my op on march 14th and havnt lost a thing I saw in your post that we have to have 800 calories I was told 1000 but how do you find that hard to get into yourself are you not hungry? I seem to be always hungry. I have been working my calories up as yet I havnt lost a single LB since my op its awfully depressing. Hope you restart soon.
