I am not losing as fast as you are doing. I lost 30lb (20 by myslef, 10 with preop diet) before surgery. then I lost 20 lb the first month and 12lb the second month

How are you doing. I am doing well, wish to lose faster but I think I should do a better job with my fluids and help the proecess. I lost a total of 64 lb 30 perop and 34 post op. little over 2 months post op now.

Wow that is impressive. I am dow n of 20 lb since may 29 and a total of 50lb since i started dieting for this journey

I dping well. It is two weeks post op and i am tired of being still under recovery. Everything is well but i wish i could bend or lift weight or sleeping on my stomach. Gotta be patient tho

I quit the meds cause irritated my stomach provoking an icredible pain. Now i am supre better. I should meet the doc tues or wed and willyell u
I am very well

Its going better, but slower than i tought. I need to nap constantly

Dear Maria, i am doing fine. I still have pain fprm tthe gas and i am heavily drugged. I walk walk and walk and i sip sip and sip. I just want to eliminaye this painful gas. It sits on mu diapragm and make me hard to breath. I do not deny that when out of surgery the pain was incredible. Them they started the morphine and it was more bearable. I wish j can feel ok soon cause i am not jappy right now

I am super busy right now, been travelling for work, and i am going to fl for the weekend, than to la for work at the beginning of may and then to italy for a wedding and then i will have my surgery.

I am doing well. I just broke up with my boyfriend and I am well so far. havent turn to food and not going to do it.
in 7 weeks I will be Sleeved and this is where I have to focus my energy
