I have finally made it to onderland

I weighed myself today and I had to weigh myself like four times to believe that I have finally made it to onderland....I have been working hard and it is paying off....30 mins of cardio 5-6 days a week and 15 mins of toning exercises 5 days a week...I must say it feels great.....The gastric sleeve is the best thing I have ever done for myself....I have no regrets....
