Happy Birthday!

I'm down 38lbs also! How are you doing? Have you figured the whole eating thing out yet. I think I have and I am absolutely loving my sleeve. I am using myfitnesspal.com to track my food, water, and excercise which helps me be more acoountable. If you use it look me up i'm meandmeyeboyz. I am wondering though how many calories other people are getting in. I try to keep my carbs below 40 my fat below 30 and my protein no lower than 50. However in doing all of that my calories are sometimes really low like 400-500 and it is rare that I get to 600. I can eat about 3oz per meal so I just eat high protein stuff, no veggies, fruits, carbs etc......I would love to eat veggies, and fruits but by the time I get my protein in I have no room for anything else. Oh and I am not supplementing with any kind of shake becuase I got to the point that I was ready to spew just thinking about them. I am trying to walk two miles a day and either do the elliptical for 20 mins or zumba for at least a half hour. How about you how is all of that going for you and what are you eating?

I went shopping with my hubby today and acted really crazy becuase I purchased clothes from Old Navy that won't fit in a month but since I could never buy their stuff he insisted I buy it and I must say it felt good! I can't wait to hear back from you!

I had some unexpexted bleeding at the beginning , optomisticly hopefulnow. Today was the first day whee I did not have to, or want to take a nap. Going to see my surgeon tomorrow.

Hey lady i'm glad to hear your not in much pain. The gas is a little irritating isn't it. My surgery went well. We just got home and I feel amazingly well. I had a little naseau day 2 but it cleared up the minute they gave me more than just ice and water to eat.

Awesome, just made my home today as well, feels good to be out of that hospital room!

I have that same feeling of not knowing what is going on. I feel like I am constantly hungry, but afraid to eat too much. Gas is still coming out, but in small amounts. I think once I am on pureed foods it will help determine what is hunger pains and what is gas. Popsicles and jello sure don't fill ya up! I am glad that things went well for you! Take care of yourself!

Everything went really good with my surgery! Glad to hear your surgery went well also! I'm already up and doing things, a little pain still.... I know what you mean about the gas. When I feeel those pains, I get up and walk for a minute or so. That seems to help. Keep me posted on your progress! I'm super excited about our potential progress! :-)
