Thanks for the moral support. No one said I couldn't swim. I just started with gentle exercise and did as much as I could. When I swim, I just plod along-I am no Olympian. I didn't feel any adverse pains or anything today. Cheers B

It was a Mike's Hard Lemonaid I had at the fair, Called "Mikes Harder Punch" - drank them a lot before surgery. No carbonation but wow, way too sweet now!

Hey girl. How y'all doin?

My advice when it comes to exercise is, ain't nothing to it but to do it! Choose what you love be it dancing, skating, walking, whatever, but if you like it you will be able to commit! I love to shake a tail feather so I do dance classes like hip hop and Zumba but now that I have been losing, I started to lift weights because I want it tight, lol! Have fun when you get your routine together!

I went from a size 28 dress to now a 18. My doctor said I would lose really quickly because I weighed so much but as my weight decreases, it will slow down. I help it along as much as I can with exercise which I am starting to enjoy now that I can do it easier! Lol. I am happy for you and so excited about this process.

Looks like you got sleeved right before me. How are doing with the process?
