It's good to have a site to listen to others and get support. In the real world no one in my sphere has ever had gastric surgery. The people I've met at class or on the websites have been a good source of information and inspiration. I am doing good...looking forward to summer, it slows down at work and I can take some vacation time off with my family. I work for CSUN - I've been here 26 years already! My weight loss is slow but steady and I joined the gym so now I'm getting better workouts. How are you feeling?

That's what I'm hoping for, you'll certainly see me on here pre, during, post surgery and when I get reconstructive surgery for all the loose skin! But a lot of folks tend to drop off. Ours IS one of the most active forums, though I wish newbies (and oldies) would post more.

no when we started the class in week 4 thy gave us paper work on how many calories we can have then work your way down to 1200 calories in my class i dont think any one has lost 1/2 of there 10./.
