- Biography:
- My journey started 2 years ago at 324 pounds. I was at my saddest point in life. Tired of taking diabetes medication, high blood pressure medication, and cholestrol medication. It took me 2 years to get to 260 lbs to have my surgery. On September 13, 2011 I did it. I got on the scale this morning and weighed 239. It is unbelievable. I am still struggling psychologically with wanting a bigger portion than my stomach can handle. I am glad I made this decision. It saved my life.

I have a question. Does anyone know if drinking too much water at one time can stretch your pouch?????????????????

I am still having difficulty with my sugar levels. When I first came home they were in the 140 range, now they are in the 240 range. Will this get better. Am I not eating enough?
