This is a current picture of me at 168. I am feeling so good, the sleeve saved my life. I was on a crash course to an early death. Diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, high cholesterol, and shingles. I can attest that today I am on no medication other than my stomach coater and I feel younger than 20. This is a picture of me standing in front of the Guess Store, where I can now buy clothes. If you told me that would be able to do that 2 years ago, I would of said who are you kidding.

I need help with a good daily menu. I now know I am eating way too much and that is why I am not losing the weight as fast as every one else. Today I ate for breakfast a 1/2 banana and a Jimmy Dean Delites Egg and Ham, Lunch I ate refried beans, cheese, light sour cream, and salsa, dinner I ate 1 chicken leg and 2 bites of noodle pesto.

So, I got an email from my doctor for my 1 year post op. I can't believe it. I am still disappointed I didn't lose more weight. Has anyone done the Gastric Bypass after being sleeved?
