I am still having spasms but I guess they will subside in the next few weeks I still have my water luke warm which I actually enjoy. The question is what do you all eat when you are on a full liquid diet and do you measure everything. I had a surgar free jello cup and the whol thing only weighted 2 oz. that seem to be easy for me to keep down and also cream of wheat with a littlwe 1%milk.

hope all went well with your surgery I am home and doing as well as I expected maybe even a little better but I don't know how they think we can get all this water in my stomach spasms eveytime I put a drop in it I have been using warm water which seem to help.best wishes to you for a speedy recovery keep in touch

Hi There! I am so excited and happy. Funny, a few months ago I was so nervous and questioning whether I was doing the right thing. Now, I am at peace and excited and can't wait. I am ready!! Ready for a new life and way. I had a baby spoon engraved "new life 11/14/11". It is the spoon I will use to eat for a while to train myself to smaller bites. I am so looking forward to 2012. Good luck on your upcoming surgery! I am on normal food until Sunday then it's clear liquids. I am in shock because the surgery is so close. I have been preparing for this since March and now it's actually happening! Let me know how your surgery goes!
