How are things going with you? It has definitely been an adjustment for me!My brain still wants to eat and eat when I sit down for a meal but my tummy obviously say oh no! I hope everything is going well for you!

Congrats on your surgery date. I have to pre op diet for 14 days! I have to start this Wednesday. I have been trying to get surgery scheduled for almost a year now,so I have had a bit of time to absorb the idea. I am actually very excited to get the surgery over and done with...
I must admit that there are two things that make me nervous, how will my body look with the loose skin,and what if I fail at this as I have with so many diets in the past.What if I go through all of this just to eventually regain the weight.
How about you,are you getting nervous?
