Hi Mandy,
I am still getting a lot of acid pain too still, a lot is because I have a gastritis with the vomiting of the past 6wks. But I chatted with my consultant & GP and at present we are going down the route of Lansoprazole 30mg 6am & 6pm with ranitidine 150mg 12midday & 12 midnight or just before I go to bed, with gaviscon liquid top up if it still doesn't calm down. It seems to be doing the trick.

I think you have done so well with your weight loss and I know it has slowed but remember we are on sensible choices even when we are on our hols, but it should be easier with all the mediterranean fresh produce. I know when we lived in the Canaries it was so much easier to eat better. It was just the alcohol

Hi Sandy...glad to hear your problem's getting sorted! I'm not feeling to good at moment, keep getting a lot of acid pain in stomach (even tho i take tablets for this).
My weight is slowing down slightly, some weeks i lose a pound, and others i put a pound back on. I wanted to get under 19 stone, as going on holiday in 2 weeks and worried about weight gain...
