    When I read your post, I knew I had to reply. I love what you said at the end of your post. I was thinking Amen. You said that food no longer controls you. That's exactly what I said when someone asked how I was feeling. I told them it was so liberating because I feel that food is no longer calling the shots!! I AM!!
