    Hi there! It looks like we are having our VSG two days apart (mine is on the 3rd) so I wanted to introduce myself and keep in touch to maybe compare notes! I am excited and nervous and getting all the little things taken care of to make the process less stressful. My insurance will not cover bariatric surgery of any kind so I am going out of the states to have it done, are you getting yours here in the states? Best wishes for an amazing journey!

I am excited!! After my surgery I am going to be able to appreciate food. Not use it as a crutch or hobby or habit. Right now I am feeling a little disappointed at how long the process is. Im doing protein shakes for breakfast and it usually holds me over till about 2 pm. Im drinking 80 to 120 oz of water a day and it helps keep me full. This weather sucks!!
