Vegas baby

Going to Vegas next month during Memorial week. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to survive a week in Vegas? I have packets of my protein powder for my morning shakes. I'm hoping to eat enough crab legs minus the butter to get my protein in. But really hoping they have skinny girl cocktails!
