- Biography:
- I've struggled with weigh gain for most of my adult life. In the past 5+ years my weigh gain is completely OUT OF CONTROL. Most all diets I've tried, I exercise but just can't seem to lose these pounds. I'm looking forward to my VGS procedure, this will give me the jump start that I need to be successful, healthy and happy. I want my life back!

The antibiotic pills, do we dissolve in water then take or cut in half and swallow with a sip of water (one half at a time)?
